The 12th Armored Division Memorial Museum is a museum dedicated to the men of the 12th Armored Division who served during World War II. Our three floors focus on the different units that make up the 12th and the impact each unit had. The basement has 7 large dioramas that break down the Battle of Herrlisheim, the most significant battle the 12th was a part of. Our vehicle lot displays vehicles used by the 12th.

The Grace Museum

The Grace Museum is a place for all ages to explore art, history, and creativity. Our 1909 building was originally the Hotel Grace, and was built to welcome travelers on the railroad. Since 1992, The Grace Museum has been a cornerstone to Abilene’s downtown revival into a welcoming center for the arts and family attractions.

Grace Museum visitors can explore three floors of galleries with rotating art and history displays, a fully interactive and creative space (SPARK), a library and children's book area, as well as an education classroom.
